Great to hear that you had a ok ride in the western side of the state. I used to get a big kick outta riding over there all the day long. Isn't it good though, to ride in different areas and then compare them to your favorite riding area. I'm telling you, I have ridden in a lot of spots over my last 40 years of motorcycling and the area we have is one of the all round best I have ridden.
Sure there are places that don't have rocks, but they are hot all the time! There may be places that have a better view, but they are covered in snow or ice 5 months out of the year! There are places that don't have to concern themselves with logging, but they are getting closed by the federal or state governments.
I am so glad that we have the area that we do and that we can do what we can do on it! We should all be that grateful... If only everyone - literally - could enjoy that place as much as I do!.`/!.`/!.`/
