ADR Club Meeting Minutes – 5/4/10
President Sid Snyder opened the meeting at 7:00pm with 23 members and two guests (Kenny Coe and Michele Fox). James Belk (Treasurer) reported on the club finances $15,527.71 in working capital. No outstanding bills were presented but two outstanding checks had not been cashed from last years Enduro. Jim Holub and James Belk will check on the status. Lynn Burton (Secretary) reported that the previous minutes were taken by Jim Holub. Steve Pierce (Referee) was present after his recent surgery and had a 60th birthday recognition from the members.
Ride Reports
The New Blaine AHRMA race had a nice article reported in the Vintage Views Magazine. Steve, Bruce, James and Lloyd reported on the challenging Hardwoods Enduro. James reported on the AHRMA Crosscountry at Diamond Dons. Tom Steele reported on the wet and muddy AHRMA Crosscountry at White City, IL.
Event Reports
2010 Train Robbers Enduro – Jim Holub reported that several wires had been found strung across the trails on the Ross Property and that the Sheriffs Department had been notified. All need to be aware of this when riding down there. The Super Short course has been mileaged and that the short course will be finalized this coming weekend. Arrowing procedure was discussed and all remaining arrows to be given to Jim. Approval was given to purchase “stickers” for the event and a $5 one day membership for riders.

A gathering to clean out the club trailer was set for the 12th at Steve Pierces house at 6:30. Pizza will be provided.
A land lease committee was established to evaluate the possibility of acquiring some property for a Hare Scramble site. Lynn Burton, Bryan Johnson and Tom Steele will report back.
