ADR Club Meeting Minutes – 3/2/10
President Sid Snyder opened the meeting at 7:00pm with 27 members and no guests. James Belk (Treasurer) reported on the club finances $12,367.95 in working capital. No outstanding bills were presented. Lynn Burton (Secretary) reported that the previous minutes were posted on the ADR website. Bob Diffee deferred any comments for the Hare Scrambles. Steve Pierce (Referee) is still recovering from knee surgery and was not present.
Ride Reports
Mike Berry reported on an upcoming MOVMX race in Missouri. Zac and Ambrose reported on last weekends Hare Scrambles race in Texarkana (wet and wild).
Event Reports
2010 Hare Scrambles – Bob Diffee thanked the club for all the work arrowing last weekend and the course is now ready for the event. Saturday work before the race is needed to lay out chainlink fencing over several wet areas. The New Hope Fire Department will provide an ambulance, EMT’s and food. A worker sheet was passed for event workers and Saturday work time is 10:00 and Sunday at 7:00. A motion was made and approved to allow club members who work at least the event and one work day to pay half price to enter either the Hare Scramble or the ISDT Warmup.
2010 ISDT Warmup #1 (Vintage Warmup) – Lynn Burton reported that the Special Use Permit has been approved by the Forest Service and work on the three Special Tests has been done. The food at Shirley's Outback and arrangements for parking the gas trailer there have been made. A work day of March 13 at 9:00 was set to arrow the course. Check Captains, Special Test crews and other worker assignments were made. A “Packet Party” will be set for March 23rd to prepare for the event.
2010 Train Robbers Enduro – Jim Holub requested that members are needed for section assignments to reduce the amount of work needed.

A motion was made, seconded and passed to purchase a gas hedge trimmer for trail clearing as it was very effective on the Special Test sections at Magazine.
A letter from Judy Myer requesting action on Ross Property cleanup was discussed and Jim Holub was authorized to respond.
