ADR Club Meeting Minutes – 9/1/10
President Sid Snyder opened the meeting at 7:00pm with 21 members and no guests. James Belk (Treasurer) reported on the club finances $15,002 in working capital. Lynn Burton (Secretary) reported that the previous minutes were posted on the website. No Referee or Vice-President report was given. The Webmaster (Bruce Yother) discussed whether the “Members Forum” should be restricted to paid-up members only. Sid thanked the club members who have put in much work on the Enduro trails. Jim Holub reported on progress on resolving the tax status on the club. There will be a eight week wait on filing but the club is in good shape.
Ride Reports
As the Train Robbers Enduro is coming up this month, no ride reports were given.
Event Reports
Train Robbers Enduro (Jim Holub)
A. 4,000 arrows were ordered from Moose
B. Section Captain need to ride their section at race pace to check arrowing
C. A Bridge or rerouting needs to be done in Bob Diffee’s new section
D. A gas crew and trailer is still needed
E. All relevant gates will be open on Saturday
F. Kids race at 3:00PM on Saturday
G. Steve Pierce will handle the water/ice for the riders
H. Saturday night food for the workers will be provided
Old Business
Eight “game cameras” were donated to check for vandalism on the trail system. Bruce Yother to send a “thank you” to the donator.
